General Purpose of Job The AMI Analyst III serves as the senior operational and technical expert responsible for the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of SECO Energys Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS). This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and availability of meter data advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational analytics. The AMI Analyst III provides day-to-day technical leadership and direction to the AMI Analyst team, coordinating workload priorities, promoting best practices, and supporting consistent operational performance. Acting as the primary escalation point for complex AMI issues, this role partners closely with the AMI Services Manager, IT, Billing, Engineering, and Member Services to ensure seamless system operations and exceptional service delivery. While this is not a supervisory role, the AMI Analyst III is expected to guide, mentor, and support team members and lead operational initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness, reliability, and transparency of AMI systems.
