As a Customer Accounts Analyst at RXO, you will support customer-facing analytics and reporting by identifying trends, escalating risks, and contributing to data-driven insights. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to help resolve customer issues, support reviews, and ensure reporting accuracy. Join our growing, dynamic team and build a strong foundation in customer analytics and operational support. What your day-to-day will look like: Support trend analysis to surface key performance insights and operational risks for assigned accounts Assist with preparing operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews Support query development, dashboard updates, and standardized report templates under guidance Ensure accuracy and quality of customer deliverables by validating data, proofreading reports, and maintaining consistent formatting Monitor account utilization and flag opportunities or concerns for escalation to senior team members Respond to customer inquiries related to reporting, service performance, and basic operational metrics At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1-2 years of experience supporting customers, operations, or analytics functions Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to follow established processes while managing multiple priorities It'd be great if you also have: Experience working with customer-facing reports or operational metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow into greater analytical and customer ownership over time Does this sound like you?
