Personal Injury Collections Specialist Own a portfolio of personal injury accounts and drive each one to payment. PI law firm, medical, or insurance-collections background strongly preferred. On-site in Marietta, $20-$26/hr plus monthly bonus. AICA Orthopedics

  • Full-Time About the Role You own a set of personal injury accounts and move each one toward payment — calling attorney offices and insurance carriers, getting real status, and never letting an account go quiet.
You'll make a high volume of calls, but the score isn't call count. It's how many accounts you actually pushed forward. AICA Orthopedics treats personal injury patients across 21 Atlanta locations. The people who thrive here already know this world they've worked a PI firm's phones, chased adjusters for status, or run medical and insurance AR. If that's you, this is your instinct pointed at getting cases settled and paid. What You'll Do Own an active portfolio and always know where each account stands and what the next move is Call PI attorney offices and insurance carriers to get case status and push accounts to resolution Make 40+ manual outbound calls a day at your own pace — no auto-dialer Work the accounts nobody else can get a callback on Log every call, contact, and commitment accurately, same day Identify settled cases and drive payment to completion Flag accounts at risk of missing a collection window before they slip What You Need Personal injury experience: PI law firm phones (intake, pre-litigation case management, lien resolution, settlement follow-up), medical liens, or attorney billing Or healthcare, medical, or insurance AR / collections experience Also considered — if you bring the phone drive and account ownership: Outbound collections experience where you owned accounts to resolution (commercial, consumer, or similar) and can pick up the PI side fast Required of everyone: Comfortable making 40+ calls a day with no auto-dialer Strong documentation discipline — every contact logged accurately, same day Persistent and professional when no one calls you back Pay and Benefits $20-$26/hr based on experience Monthly bonus tied to accounts resolved, documentation quality, and team performance Medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays 401(k)
