Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities within electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software platforms. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify coding or billing issues related to medical records or claims submissions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries regarding bills, payment plans, or insurance coverage with professionalism and clarity.
