Job Description
OverviewOverview Seeking organized individuals to support collections and recovery efforts for unemployment insurance overpayments. This role focuses on research, data accuracy, and case processing to improve recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and pull determinations for claimant records Review returned funds and assist with overpayment setup and processing Update claimant and employer records, including address corrections and skip tracing Process returned mail and resolve address-related issues Identify and clear duplicate or non-actionable work items Assist with payment plans and collections-related case support Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry or administrative tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Ability to analyze documentation and forms to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate next steps Ability to review complex or unorganized information and apply the proper processes and procedures Ability to manage a high-volume workload
