This role is responsible for reviewing documentation, researching claimant records, processing case actions, identifying discrepancies or potential fraud indicators, and ensuring accurate case management in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate can analyze complex information, follow established procedures, and maintain a high level of accuracy while supporting program integrity and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities Review and prescreen cases to summarize facts and prepare files for determinations and further action. Conduct research on claimant and employer records to support fraud investigations and collections activities. Triage incoming work items and route cases appropriately based on established program guidelines. Review documentation and data to identify potential fraud indicators, discrepancies, overpayments, or recovery opportunities. Compile, organize, and maintain case files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedural requirements. Prepare and process supporting documentation, including subpoenas, determinations, and other case-related materials. Assist with overpayment setup, payment plans, collections activities, and recovery case management. Update claimant and employer records, including address corrections, skip tracing activities, and returned mail processing. Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or non-actionable work items. Support program integrity, fraud prevention, and recovery initiatives through accurate documentation review and case processing. Manage a high-volume workload while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, case processing, data entry, collections, fraud review, claims processing, or related operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze documentation, identify inconsistencies or fraud indicators, and determine appropriate next steps. Ability to review complex or unorganized information and apply established policies and procedures accurately. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
