Job Description Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Collections Analyst to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Louisville. The successful candidate will have Bachelor's degree with experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Billing.

Responsibilities:
Proactively contact customers to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong professional relationships to support client financial targets. Prepare, analyze, and present key financial reports, including cash forecasts, aging reports, and discrepancy logs to support management decision-making. Partner with internal departments, stakeholders, and the Order to Cash (OTC) team to resolve payment delays, manage account holds, and streamline the month-end close process. Maintain accurate records, support audit requirements, manage AR ledgers, and embrace technological advancements and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency. Oversee and manage a high-value Ad Sales collections portfolio for Local TV Stations to ensure optimized cash flow and minimal bad debt risk.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Billing. Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), alongside a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, paired with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage discrepancies and stakeholder relationships. Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking, meeting critical deadlines, and adapting positively to organizational changes and transformation.
