$32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Collaborative, professional work environment focused on growth and excellence. What's a typical day as a Collections Representative? You'll be: Actively collecting payments from customers with unpaid invoices and developing strong relationships with primary contacts at assigned accounts. Working internally with multiple departments to resolve issues causing delayed payments and collaborating with customers to establish payment plans. Reviewing credit hold reports, releasing orders to support sales, and identifying potential risk concerns with assigned accounts. Maintaining effective, professional communication with customers at all organizational levels. Ensuring compliance with company policies and departmental standards for collection efficiency (CEI), days sales outstanding (DSO), and past due results. Resolving short payments, supporting unapplied/on account payments, processing refunds on credit balance accounts, and following up on shortage claims. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional finance or accounting environment, with a proven track record in business-to-business collections. Possess working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Exhibit initiative in problem-solving, data validation, and making process improvement recommendations. Can multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team. Have experience with Oracle Cloud or SAP (preferred). Knowledge of SaaS and/or software contracts is a plus.
