(Untitled | OneNote) Responsibilities Manage engineering projects from kickoff through production Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Review technical requirements and customer specifications Support design reviews, testing activities, and product releases Communicate project status and risks to internal stakeholders Assist with process improvements and product development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of engineering or project engineering experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with electromechanical products, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation is beneficial Why Join? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
