Job Description

Collections Representative Hours:
Monday-Friday, full-time
Pay:
$16/hr + uncapped biweekly bonuses ?What you'll do: Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance, healthcare, banking, and other consumer accounts Help customers resolve account balances by setting up payment arrangements Answer questions, resolve disputes, and provide excellent customer service Document conversations and update customer accounts Follow company procedures and scripts while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach We're Looking For Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, call centers, banking, insurance, or similar environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Coachable and eager to learn If you're looking for your first corporate opportunity or want a stable position with growth potential, we'd love to hear from you!
