- Perform high-volume B2B collections activities on outstanding customer accounts
- Make 10-15 collection calls per hour and document all interactions accurately in the company system
- Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding account status
- Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on payment commitments
- Maintain accurate collection notes and account records
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested Qualifications for the
