In this role, you will play key detective and problem-solver—diving into audit activities, helping employers stay on track with their contributions, and untangling complex issues behind the scenes.

BachelorsResponsibilities Create and issue audit announcements, update tracking records, and provide required documentation to auditors. Process completed audits, notify employers of delinquent contributions, and process incoming payments. Generate and mail delinquency letters, collaborating directly with employers to resolve outstanding payment issues. Negotiate repayment terms, establish payment agreements, and draft administrative documentation for legal counsel. Monitor contractor compliance with monthly payroll reports and track accounts assigned to outside attorneys.
