Process completed audits, notify employers of delinquent contributions, and process incoming payments. Generate and mail delinquency letters, collaborating directly with employers to resolve outstanding payment issues. Negotiate repayment terms, establish payment agreements, and draft administrative documentation for legal counsel. Monitor contractor compliance with monthly payroll reports and track accounts assigned to outside attorneys.
