Job Description

Temp to Hire
  • Collection Specialist
  • Fulltime 1st shift Mon-Fri 8a-5pm $18.
00 hr Located in
Papillion Responsibilities:
  • Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
  • Perform account analysis to determine the best course of action for debt recovery
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to debtors and discuss payment options
  • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of debt balances
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop effective debt collection strategies
Skills:
  • Proficiency in math and understanding of debits and credits
  • Familiarity with accounting software for tracking and managing debt collection activities As a Debt Collector, you will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts.
Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze accounts will contribute to the success of our debt recovery efforts.
