Job Description

Job description We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated, and driven individuals to join our collection team. A Debt collector with proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Able to handle a high outbound call volume while using established systems and scripts to drive successful outcomes. Passionate about increasing earning potential through performance and commission-based incentives. Experience Required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make at least 180 outbound calls per day Follow a proven system for success, taking and following instructions Negotiate with clients to resolve outstanding debts Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while achieving performance goals

Ideal Applicants:

Energetic, self-motivated, and driven Experienced in negotiating payment arrangements, resolving outstanding debts, and maintaining client relationships with professionalism and empathy Basic computer skills Coachable and eager to learn Financially driven and looking for opportunities to increase your earning potential Able to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (weekends and most major holidays off) Why Join Us?
