Job description We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated, and driven individuals to join our collection team. A Debt collector with proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Able to handle a high outbound call volume while using established systems and scripts to drive successful outcomes. Passionate about increasing earning potential through performance and commission-based incentives. Experience Required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make at least 180 outbound calls per day Follow a proven system for success, taking and following instructions Negotiate with clients to resolve outstanding debts Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while achieving performance goals
