$25.00 per hour
Days/Hours:
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:
We are hiring for a Collections Specialist! In this full-time opportunity you will be responsible for balancing strong customer service and collection effectiveness to recover lost revenue and maintain client retention. To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll. Qualified candidates must have strong Microsoft Office experience, a high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Does this describe you? Apply today!
Position Details:
Resolves past-due balances through inbound phone calls to reduce risk for the company. Provides quality customer service while using negotiation and problem solving skills. Educates clients on the resolution process and addresses billing disputes. Evaluates high risk accounts to determine if escalation is needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is nice to have Inbound customer service experience required Collections experience is nice to have Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment US citizen or permanent resident status Completion of background check One Path Career Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
