is expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to help customers resolve outstanding accounts with professionalism and empathy. This is not a traditional ?high-pressure collections? role ? we focus on problem-solving, respectful communication, and realistic solutions for customers. If you have experience in collections, customer service, call centers, banking, or sales, we?d love to talk with you. Compensation & Earning Potential Starting at $16.00+/hour (based on experience) Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities Realistic earning potential: $35,000 ? $80,000+ annually Consistent account volume to support your success What You?ll Do Speak with customers to understand their situation and help resolve accounts Set up manageable payment plans and settlements Use problem-solving skills to create positive outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant account notes Work toward achievable individual and team goals What We?re Looking For Experience in collections, customer service, call center, banking, or sales preferred Strong communication and listening skills Ability to handle conversations with professionalism and empathy Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Basic computer skills Collection experience and knowledge of FDCPA are a plus ? but not required for the right candidate.
