Job Description

Are you driven to find solutions, build customer relationships, and turn challenges into success stories? As a Renewal Specialist , you will play a key role in managing lease accounts 17-61 days past due, working directly with customers to bring accounts current through renewals and tailored payment solutions. In this dynamic role, you'll help retain business, minimize losses, and ensure compliance—all while delivering a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of delinquent lease accounts (17-61 days past due) Contact customers via phone Negotiate and process lease renewals, extensions, and payment arrangements Educate customers on available options to renew their lease Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in internal system Meet or exceed established KPI's related to renewals, collections, and customer relation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 years or more of experience in collections or lease servicing Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Ability to multi-task while navigating multiple systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with delinquency management or lease/loan servicing Experience in using automated dialer systems to efficiently manage high volume inbound/outbound calls Knowledge of collections regulations and compliance standards Bilingual abilities (if applicable)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST with the exception of one assigned late night with a shift of 12pm-9pm. 1 to 2 late Fridays a month 12p-9p EST 1-2 Saturdays a month 9am-6pm
