Requirements:

What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with attention to detail Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven Comfortable using systems to manage accounts Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Willingness to travel locally for customer visits Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items) Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

10am-7pm,

Saturday:

10am-6pm (required),
