Zeigler's Distributor, Inc. , a well-established pet food and supply distributor, is looking for a dependable and motivated Collection Specialist Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM to join our team! What You'll Do Manage and follow up on outstanding customer accounts Contact customers regarding past-due balances and payment arrangements Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies Maintain accurate collection notes and account documentation Partner with Sales and Accounting to resolve account issues Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection activity Help maintain positive customer relationships while protecting company receivables What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional, confident telephone presence Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Previous collections, accounts receivable, billing, or related experience preferred Why Zeigler's?
