We are seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to manage outstanding customer accounts and support cash flow objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to collections. Responsibilities Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements
Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Document collection activities and account status
Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues
Prepare collection reports and maintain account records
Support month-end accounts receivable processes Qualifications 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
