Job Description

Collections Specialist This position will support collections/accounts receivable activities and ensure accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components.
Responsibilities:
Utilize in-house accounts receivable program for collection activities. Monitor system activities and resolve system problems as needed. Field incoming calls from clients regarding billing or payment issues. Create statements of account to help pinpoint any account issues. Pull any documentation which will help resolve client account issues. Review and identify aged receivable balances. Reach out to client contacts and address outstanding amounts. Negotiate a compromised payment and, if needed, coordinate collection assistance with third party affiliates. Other duties as may be assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent math skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have good command of the English language, oral and written. Ability to work and interact with all practice groups and firm locations. Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
