How You'd Spend Your Day:

Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their auto loans to obtain payments, commitments/agreements or establishes a repayment plan. Fielding customer calls regarding their accounts and billing. Following set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solutions and adheres to established guidelines. Maintaining accurate documentation on delinquent accounts. Updating account information, sends follow-up letters and set up payments on accounts. Operating with minimal supervision to bring customer accounts current and accurately documents conversations electronically in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must be competent at PC and keyboard skills. Assertive, clear, and concise written/oral communication skills required. Ability to accurately document and report customer account activity within electronic system(s). Maintain excellent customer service while making every effort to collect past due payments to reduce delinquency. Basic math skills
