PART-TIME DSP SCORECARD SPECIALIST JD

Inc. is looking for an experienced, results-driven person to take ownership of our Amazon DSP scorecard performance and help move our team from Fantastic to Fantastic Plus — consistently. ️

Position:

Part-Time | Hybrid (Remote + In-Person)

Starting Pay:

$23/hour

Initial Period:

90-day performance-based evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage weekly DSP scorecards
• Submit, track, and follow up on disputes
• Identify areas affecting our overall score
• Monitor driver performance and key metrics
• Identify drivers requiring coaching and ensure accountability and follow-through
• Work closely with dispatch and management
• Provide weekly updates and action plans
• Hold the team accountable for recurring performance issues
• Drive consistent improvement and help maintain Fantastic Plus week after week We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, persistent, proactive, consistent, and not afraid to hold people accountable.

This person must take ownership and follow through until issues are resolved. Amazon DSP/scorecard experience strongly preferred.

From $23.00 per hour
