Collections Specialist:
Manage commercial and secured collections activities through high-volume outbound calling. Contact business owners, owner-operators, and Accounts Payable departments to secure payments and remittances. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts. Monitor and collect on accounts tied to recoverable physical assets. Partner with the repossession team on accounts requiring asset recovery actions. Maintain accurate account documentation and collection activity records. Qualifications for the
Collections Specialist:
3+ years of collections experience in a high-volume environment. Commercial/B2B collections experience preferred. Auto finance, transportation, equipment finance, or secured collateral collections experience considered. High School Diploma or equivalent required. #
