Remote Details:

Temporary position $20.00 to $25.00 /hour Part Time work available First Shift Manage and work assigned accounts receivable aging. Proactively contact customers regarding past-due invoices and secure payment commitments. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and customer disputes. Partner with internal operations, billing, and finance teams to resolve issues delaying payment. Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity, commitments, and follow-up actions. Escalate high-risk or significantly past-due accounts as appropriate. Provide regular updates on collection progress and outstanding issues. Collections Specialist - Part Time -

Remote Qualifications:

2+ years of B2B/commercial collections or accounts receivable experience. Strong experience working directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances. Comfortable independently managing a portfolio of accounts and aging reports. Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an ERP/accounting system and Excel.
