Exton, PA Position Summary:
The Credit & Collections team is a key component to Bentley's overall Operations Advancement Organization. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our financial operations team in an administrative role supporting our North American Collections Team. If you have good communication skills, are well organized, possess strong communication and numeracy abilities combined with an ability to multitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you. Accuracy, good comprehension of complex processes and willingness to work under pressure at times are requirements. Responsibilities:
Deliver an extremely high level of user service by providing timely information, resolving disputes & SN requests, credits, and Cloud Services Statement corrections/adjustments. Triage inbound user account questions and resolve, if possible, prior to reassignment to appropriate Collector. Assistance with review and follow up of inbound requests from users, related to their account and invoices, working with Collections Analyst. Escalate user issues to Management, Collections Analyst and Account Managers when their intervention or awareness is required. Assist with administrative duties as needed. Clearings etc., Dunning Notices, Vendor forms Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly administrative tasks to support proactive Collection processes and clean Accounts Receivable data/reporting. Reconcile and initiate follow up on payment discrepancies. Over payments, short payments, duplicate payment etc. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, working hybrid at our Exton, PA office. This role requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. This includes communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or operational experience in finance. Order-to-cash experience preferred. Experience with Workday ERP, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar systems preferred. Strong customer focus with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Proactive problem-solver who uses initiative and creative thinking.
