What You'll Do:
Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Accurately document interactions in our systems Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) A reliable, detail-oriented work style
Work-From-Home Requirements:
