We are seeking Debt Collection Professionals to join our team! You will be responsible for collecting payments on outstanding collection accounts. Compensation is based on salary plus generous commission.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Organization is essential General understanding of local, state, and federal debt collection laws.

Responsibilities:

Outbound/Inbound calls. Set up payment plans past due accounts Collect and post payments to customer accounts by debit, credit or ACH Initiate legal proceedings if applicable. Locate and contact debtors by telephone and/or mail to attempt recovery. Keep records and status of customer's account
