The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be communicating with outsourced companies. This position requires an individual who can multitask, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
Essential Job functions and responsibilities:
Investigate, Review the Insurance EOB, and contact payors to collect on formal independent dispute resolution accounts where additional revenue is required to be paid. Research errors, payments, fees, reconcile accounts to invoices, and submit IDR requests to ensure proper payment is received and posted to patient accounts. Identify posting errors while reconciling payments received. Resolves insurance requests, inquiries, and concerns in an expedient and respectful manner.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
1 YEAR
OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COLLECTION EXPERIENCE
(REQUIRED). Excellent organization, time management, self-starting, analytical, and detailed
