WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Field Retention Specialist , you'll: Visit customers at their residences regarding past-due accounts Work with customers to establish payment arrangements Help customers find solutions to avoid service interruption Provide professional and courteous customer service Work a designated daily route efficiently Every day is different. You're not sitting behind a desk — you're out meeting customers, solving problems, and working toward your goals.
