Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (rotating Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, text, and email to collect payments on past-due auto accounts. Secure and follow up on promises to pay. Work queues based on delinquency stage (1-7, 8-15, 16-30 days past due). Use GPS/starter interrupt systems to manage risk when needed. Update account notes and payment status in IDMS. Collaborate with the repossession team as needed. Maintain professionalism and compliance with all collection laws.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in collections (auto finance preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a queue independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with TCN dialer or IDMS is a plus
