| Hybrid (some flexibility within normal office hours) About the Job As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Resolution Specialist , work with customers, Sales, Operations, and Collections teams to identify and resolve issues preventing invoice payment. Investigate past-due invoices, correct billing discrepancies, coordinate issue resolution, and partner with internal collectors to secure timely payment. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve outstanding, unpaid, and past-due invoices.
- Identify and correct billing discrepancies that delay payment.
- Collaborate with customers and multiple internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Collections.
- Coordinate issue resolution and drive accounts toward timely payment.
- Partner with internal collectors to resolve AR issues.
- Manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and results. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, customer service, or order management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive issues to resolution. Systems Experience
