Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a remote Credit Collections Analyst position.

$25.00-$30.00/hr

Shift :

Monday- Friday 8a-5p and 10a-7p CT rotation We are seeking remote customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical valued customers and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Requirements:

2+ years of Contact center or customer support experience handling significant call and email volumes

• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred

Pay Details:
