Job Description
Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a remote Credit Collections Analyst position.
Pay :
$25.00-$30.00/hrShift :
Monday- Friday 8a-5p and 10a-7p CT rotation We are seeking remote customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical valued customers and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. - Proven success in a high-volume call center, customer service, collections, healthcare, or contact center environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities - work towards building solutions
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability across multiple systems and communication channels
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and quality
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership
- Adaptability in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment
- Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance customer interactions
Requirements:
2+ years of Contact center or customer support experience handling significant call and email volumes- Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred
- Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively This remote credit collections analyst is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
Pay Details:
