AB_5046760 We are seeking remote customer-focused Credit Collections Analyst who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical valued customers and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Successful candidates will possess great critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of customers. They must be comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Contact center or customer support experience handling significant call and email volumes Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively salary: $25

• $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM
