Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities Confer with customers by telephone and email to collect on delinquent accounts Records information about financial status of customer & status of collection efforts Reviews collection reports on daily basis Daily billing process (Billing customer for freight charges) Outgoing mail Scanning documents Qualifications and Experience Great computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills; telephone communication is a must Must be able to read, analyze and interpret both verbal & written communications. Must be a problem solver Minimum high school degree and 3-5 years of previous clerical work experience The individual must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
