B2B Collections Specialist Portsmouth, VA $60k-$75k Indel Power Group is seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist to join our corporate Credit & Collections team in Portsmouth, VA. This role manages commercial customer accounts, drives timely payment, resolves billing disputes, and partners with customers and internal teams to keep accounts moving. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and collect past-due balances. Conduct outbound collection calls and follow up on payment commitments. Monitor account activity and identify accounts requiring credit holds or escalation. Research and resolve billing, pricing, payment, and service disputes. Establish and monitor customer payment plans. Process customer payments and assist with missing or unclear remittances. Provide invoices, statements, contracts, and supporting documentation to customers. Partner with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Solutions to resolve account issues. Prepare delinquent accounts for outside collection agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate account notes, documentation, and reporting.
