Job Description
Collection Manager (Jr/Mid) - TS/SCI Quantico, VA Top Secret SCI Security Clearance Wiser offers innovative solutions to clients in the public, private, and government sectors. Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, monitor, and manage intelligence collection requirements based on customer needs and intelligence gaps. Develop and support multi-INT collection strategies across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and other collection capabilities. Evaluate collection reporting and effectiveness using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and other evaluation methods. Identify collection gaps, trends, and emerging requirements and recommend adjustments to collection plans and strategies. Analyze ISR and collection data using statistical, data-mining, modeling, and visualization techniques, including tools such as MATLAB, SPSS, or similar platforms. Support operational and collection planning, including evaluating collection options, applying technical collection systems, and modeling future collection scenarios. Collaborate with all-source analysts, intelligence planners, and other IC partners to support intelligence requirements and operations. Produce collection assessments and intelligence products and provide operational guidance and briefings to support decision-making. Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Poly eligibility. Must possess hands-on experience working in JWICS and SIPRNet environments. Early to mid-level professional with a combination of relevant education, military service, and/or work experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role. Qualified candidates will have a portion of relevant experience within the last 2 years. Combined experience should result in 3-5 experience points. Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course. Work Environment Schedule is Monday-Friday, full-time, onsite, 1st shift, flexible
