Our Collections Department primarily handles Landlord-Tenant cases and the applicant will be working in a high volume environment. Office support experience is required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will have computer skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry. Knowledge and navigation of multiple social media platforms will be an advantage. As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts. Your responsibilities include learning about the Courts, filling lawsuits, tracking overdue accounts, and assisting the attorneys with their cases. You will set up new files, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance with debt collection regulations. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Must be able to function in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment. Reliability, communication & organizational skills a must. This position is available immediately, and has a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:45 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Minimum qualifications:
High School graduate. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off for both vacation and for sick, health and dental insurance, and a matching 401K plan.
