This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting commercial customers and working closely with internal teams to drive timely collections and improve cash flow. The ideal candidate will have experience managing B2B collections, reviewing aging reports, and prioritizing accounts based on business risk. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts Perform collections primarily through email with occasional phone outreach Review and analyze AR aging reports to prioritize collection efforts Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues Build strong relationships with customer accounting departments Document collection activity and maintain accurate account records Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track account activity and reporting Qualifications 2+ years of B2B or commercial collections experience Experience managing high-value customer accounts Strong understanding of accounts receivable and aging reports Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload independently Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
