Essential Duties and Responsibility:
Research Lien waiver requests Mechanic lien requests Requests on customer portals Bank voucher requests Mechanic lien releases Notice of intent to lien Process Mechanic lien paperwork on state-specific websites ServiceNow requests Audit Payments received Cash application Billing As Needed Answer the phone for the department Scan or upload documents into the file system Attend review meetings Attend training seminars and conferences Establishes effective working relationships with field management, NSC support personnel, and other CFS team members. Establishes relationships with Customers, Lien Service Vendors, and Credit and Collection personnel outside of the organization Special projects ad-hoc, research analyst Other similar duties as assigned Knowledge & Competencies (Skills & Abilities): High school diploma and one year of experience in mechanic lien law, and process. Must be a notary or can become a notary. Must possess good communication skills and knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AS400, ServiceNow, and Agility.
