We pride ourselves on providing great customer service for our clients and consumers alike. We're currently offering a $1,000 New Hire Bonus for all new full-time employees. In addition, after an initial 60-day training period, we guarantee Collectors will be at least at $20 per hour - and after 180 days, we guarantee Collectors at least $22 per hour . We provide detailed training to help talented individuals succeed in a fast-paced office environment. This is a good position for someone interested in obtaining experience in a legal office prior to attending law school. •Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply and note their language proficiency• Compensation A Debt Collection Specialist earns a base hourly wage, plus commission. The total compensation of our employees currently ranges from $18.00 per hour up to $48.68 per hour. While specialists build their queues, we guarantee a minimum total compensation of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
