Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all accounts receivable and collections processes Lead outbound collections efforts via phone, text, email, and field activity Ensure timely payments, accurate postings, and proper account reconciliation Help customers stay current and achieve ownership of their tires and wheels Utilize negotiation and de-escalation skills to resolve delinquent accounts Maintain accurate account notes, documentation, and reporting Conduct and oversee field visits to reestablish communication and resolve accounts Help RNR Sales Members with sales overflow and customer service Help answer and direct phone calls, emails and messages Collaborate with store leadership to improve customer outcomes and cash flow Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the revenue cycle Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices Assist with training, coaching, and performance development of collections staff Maintain a clean work environment and store What We're Looking For 2+ years of collections and customer service experience (Rent-to-Own / Lease-to-Own / healthcare collections experience preferred) Leadership or management experience is a plus Strong understanding of accounts receivable, reconciliation, and payment processing Experience with financial, billing, or collections software Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Comfortable working both in-office and in the field Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus not required Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay is competitive and based on experience, attention to detail, and alignment with the RNR Tire Express culture. Compensation ranges from $14

• 18 per hour , with starting experienced account managers wages never below this range and opportunities for increased earnings through tenure, job growth, certifications and performance. Bonus opportunities available
• potential to add $2,000
• $10,000 a year in extra bonuses.
