Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a real impact for students across six school sites in a vibrant community near White Hall, AR. This contract opportunity is perfect for a BCBA ready to provide behavioral assessments, complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop as well as monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Your specialized knowledge will help create supportive learning environments and meaningful progress for students. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a school setting and is comfortable moving quickly to assess, consult, and collaborate with educators and support staff. You'll play a crucial role in shaping and sustaining positive behavioral supports, ensuring students get the assistance they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, FBAs, and develop BIPs Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptable and able to work across multiple campus sites Ready to begin work and confident in adjusting to a developing schedule
Responsibilities:
