Job Description
This is a full-time benefited position. Ready to hire now. This role is responsible for creating customer invoices and resolving carrier rate discrepancies. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting with other carrier and customer activities as required. This role will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships with excellent customer service to ensure that their accounting/relocation needs are met. This roles will participate in the collection of receivables and some coordination of relocation services.
