Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity available for a skilled BCBA ready to make a significant impact across multiple campuses in the White Hall area. In this contract position, you'll play an essential role in supporting students and staff by providing expert behavioral services. You'll collaborate with school teams to conduct behavioral assessments, complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop as well as monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). This role spans six different sites, offering a dynamic work environment where your expertise and adaptability will be highly valued. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in school settings and thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly integrating and contributing to student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Demonstrated history of effective behavioral assessment and intervention Familiarity with completing FBAs and developing/implementing BIPs Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred Ability to work efficiently across multiple sites Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills Self-starter with a passion for positive behavioral change

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee the FBA process Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs for students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other service providers to integrate strategies Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior intervention techniques Collect and analyze behavioral data, updating plans as needed to ensure student progress Communicate regularly with teams and contribute input during IEP and strategy meetings
