Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification required Prior experience in schools strongly preferred Background in conducting behavioral assessments, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and creating/monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Confidence to start contributing immediately in a fast-paced setting Adaptability and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform behavioral assessments at multiple school sites Develop and oversee individualized BIPs for students Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments as needed Collaborate with educational teams, providing consultative guidance Support staff and administration in implementing positive behavior support strategies
