In this role, you will be an important part of keeping our revenue cycle moving, supporting insurance processes, and helping the clinic operate efficiently. What You'll Do Support insurance claim submission and payment posting Assist with denied or rejected claims and follow-up Verify insurance benefits and update patient accounts Help track prior authorizations and billing documentation Answer patient billing questions with professionalism and care Work with the team to resolve open balances and billing issues What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and office systems Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Medical billing, medical office, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in medical billing and grow with a mission-driven mental health clinic.
