•Direct Hire Are you an experienced legal billing professional with leadership experience and a strong background in eBilling? We're partnering with a rapidly growing managed services organization that supports some of the nation's leading law firms and professional services organizations. We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 10-12 billing professionals, oversee legal billing operations, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment supporting a national law firm. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 billing professionals Oversee legal billing, invoice processing, verification, and payment activities Manage eBilling workflows and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines Perform account reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes Requirements 5+ years of legal billing management experience Experience managing billing teams Strong eBilling background Hands on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3E Experience working within a law firm environment Knowledge of legal billing platforms Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience supporting large or national law firms Consulting or outsourcing industry experience
