Duties Prepare, review, and send invoices using accounting/dispatch software such as Service Fusion to ensure accuracy and timeliness Manage data entry related to billing information, payments, and account updates with precision Handle multi-line phone systems to respond to billing questions and direct calls appropriately Maintain organized filing systems for billing records, client documents, and financial reports Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly Collaborate with other departments to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies efficiently Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data management and documentation Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks, minimum 45 WPM Experience with spreadsheets for tracking payments, invoices, and financial data Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, clerical support, and front desk operations Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle client communication confidently Technical proficiency in using office productivity software and familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones Join us as a Billing Clerk to play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity while providing outstanding support to clients and team members alike.
