Role:
This is a billing-focused accounting role in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment environment. You will own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our client billing process — while maintaining clean books and supporting internal financial controls. This is not a passive bookkeeping position. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where your attention to detail directly impacts client trust and company profitability. You will work in-house alongside leadership and operations to ensure our financial systems scale as we grow.What You'll Own:
Full-cycle client billing (primary responsibility). Accounts receivable management and follow-up. Accounts payable oversight and vendor accuracy checks. Monthly reconciliations and reporting support. Internal audits to ensure billing accuracy and margin protection. Responding to client billing inquiries clearly and professionally. Identifying inefficiencies and improving accounting workflows. Supporting leadership with clean, reliable financial data.Who Thrives Here:
You'll succeed in this role if you: Have 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Have direct experience managing client billing. Are highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Communicate confidently and professionally with clients. Are comfortable having billing conversations when clarification is needed. Prefer working in-house and being part of a collaborative team. Take pride in clean books and zero loose ends. Want stability — but also growth. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong QuickBooks and Excel proficiency required.Culture Fit Matters:

$28-$35/hour DOE. Performance-based bonus potential. PTO (accrual-based). Paid sick leave (per CA law). 11 paid company holidays.
